There are two roles available including one which is more software bias and the other more maintenance dominant, although both for electrical engineers. Your role will ensure the effective and high machine efficiency targets are achieved. You will be positive, participative, confident and inquisitive individual who is a strong communicator who has the ability and drive to achieve results in a friendly yet professional manner, whilst not fazed by the pressures of the plant. Capable of maintaining quality standards, you will have proven experience in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment and have knowledge of PPM with C&G 17th Edition educated to HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering and have Alan Bradley PLC experience. People management experience is desirable however we do ask that you are a cautious decision maker due to the need for perfection and getting things right, which balances the needs of the business.
